FEB UGM has campuses in two locations, namely DI Yogyakarta and DKI Jakarta. In general, most of the FEB UGM study programs are located in DI Yogyakarta and only the Master in Management study program (Jakarta Campus) are located in DKI Jakarta.

Classroom

Each classroom at FEB UGM is equipped with chairs and tables or chairs with comfortable desks for lectures, air conditioning, audio systems, projectors, and personal computers. There are also collaborative classes that make it easy for students to study in groups, have discussions, etc.

The FEB UGM library has a complete collection, both in English and Indonesian. Collections in the form of books, e-books, journals, magazines and data-based CDs. The library also provides electronic journal access to more than 1,800 journals that hold economic and business data. Internet access is available on each personal computer in order to facilitate research.

Computer Laboratory

FEB UGM has four computer laboratories located in four study program buildings, the computer laboratory includes:

Each laboratory with a capacity of 40 to 60 personal computers with the latest computer specifications equipped with network printers, document scanners and internet. These facilities can be used by students free of charge (except printing).

Language Laboratory

FEB UGM has a language laboratory, which is equipped with 40 units of the Master Console Sony Student Recorder. Availability of reliable lecturers and language practitioners to support learning activities in the language laboratory.

Internet access

Internet access within the campus environment using the UGM email login (Single Sign On) with a customized profile. Every student is required to have an UGM email, by having this email students can access information resources at the faculty and university.

The faculty is also equipped with spacious air-conditioned classrooms, canteen, bookstore, and prayer rooms (Mushola). Photocopy, telephone, internet connection (up to 48 Mbps), sports and recreational facilities, and campus bicycles are also provided and a large parking area provides plenty of space for students' vehicles.
