Team of Faculty of Economics and Business Universitas Gadjah Mada (FEB UGM) consisted of Erina Sofia Gudono (Management 2014), Anak Agung Indira (Management 2014), and Legahati Sekar Putri (Management 2014) had won the 1st Place in Management Marketing Plan Competition held by Himpunan Mahasiswa Jurusan Manajemen Universitas Udayana, on September 14-16, 2017.

This year, Management Marketing Plan Competition 2017 had theme "Marketing for Business Tourism in Bali". This Marketing Competition aimed to increase the creativity of students in marketing strategies for corporate partners. The event was conducted in collaboration with Krisna Funtastic Land. Krisna Funtastic Land (KFL) is a family recreation land that is located in Temukus, Buleleng, Bali. Various games and facilities provided by Krisna Funtastic Land are the new tourism attractions in Bali.
The participants of the competition were asked to make a marketing proposal with particular goals and aims to raise the people’s awareness of KFL, to increase the amount of visitor in KFL and to increase the amount of visits for each visitor. The participants competed to make the most effective strategy that fits KFL’s target market.

From hundreds of participants that proposed the marketing plan in the preliminary round, 7 teams from all over Indonesia were then being chosen to join the semifinal round and presented their work in Universitas Udayana. All finalists presented their idea in front of the panel judges from marketeers, lecturers, and the representative of KFL.

All of the score components were counted to decide which team will won the Marketing Plan Competition 2017. FEB UGM team succeeded to achieve 1st place in the Marketing Plan Competition 2017 Universitas Udayana, with the final score of 3005.
