The Faculty of Economics and Business, Universitas Gadjah Mada (FEB UGM) received another good news. On Saturday (18/11), the Infinity Team won first place in the 2023 UNNES Accounting Competition (NECTION). The team consisted of three 2020 Accounting students: Ahlan Nur Salim, Astarina Oksesabatini Rianto, and Yolanda Viera Eka Putri. This achievement aligns with Sustainable Development Goal No. 4, namely Quality Education. NECTION is one of the work programs of the Accounting Study Forum (FOKUS) Faculty of Economics and Business, Universitas Negeri Semarang. With the theme "Creating A Critical and Innovative Gold Generation in Accounting in the 5.0 Era", NECTION 2023 hopes that participants can be motivated to become accountants who can adapt to the challenges of the times.

Proud news once again comes from the Faculty of Economics and Business, Universitas Gadjah Mada (FEB UGM) students. On Saturday (18/11), Giacinta Betralda Anin Pradita (Accounting 2021), Tsaniya Nur Afifah (Accounting 2021), and Mia Audini Parhusip (Accounting 2021), members of the MAT team, successfully clinched the first prize in the national level essay competition at the 2023 Education For All (EFA) Competition, organized by Student Executive Board (BEM) - Faculty of Education, Universitas Negeri Surabaya (FIP UNESA). The MAT team successfully passed the preliminary rounds. It was among the five teams eligible to present their essay ideas before the judging panel.

Saturday (11/11) The Faculty of Economics and Business, Universitas Gadjah Mada (FEB UGM), was proud again because two of its students won gold titles at the 2023 Foodtech Creative Competition Festival of Food Technology (FCC FESFOOD). This competition is organized by the Student Study Program Association Food Technology, Faculty of Agricultural Technology, Universitas Udayana, to grow young entrepreneurs with ideas and innovations in the food sector. This year's FCC FESFOOD UNUD 2023 has the theme "Driving Change through Young Entrepreneurship: Developing Functional Business to achieve Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs)".

Another proud accomplishment has been achieved by the students of the Faculty of Economics and Business, Universitas Gadjah Mada (FEB UGM). The Solutionary team, consisting of Nurdini Hadaina Kamal (Management 2021), Putri Terang Rinjani (Management 2021), and Rohinun (Economics 2021), successfully secured second place in the Company Case - International Development Student Conference (IDSC) 2023 organized by the Faculty of Economics and Business, Universitas Airlangga (FEB Unair). In this competition, they were tasked with presenting ideas related to the transformation that could be undertaken by PT Perusahaan Listrik Negara (PLN) (Persero) in utilizing clean and sustainable energy.

The Faculty of Economics and Business, Universitas Gadjah Mada (FEB UGM) is proud again because on Saturday (11/11), one of its students succeeded in achieving a national achievement entitled Veteran Investment Competition (COMPVEST) 2023, organized by Faculty of Social and Political Sciences (FISIP) Universitas Pembanungan Nasional "Veteran" Yogyakarta (UPN YK). Veteran Investment Competition is in-line with SDGs goal 4 Quality Education and goal 8 Decent Economic Growth.

On Friday (3/11), two teams consisting of FEB UGM Undergraduate Program students succeeded in making brilliant achievements in the prestigious competition namely Deloitte Merger and Acquisition (M&A) Challenge 2023 organized by PT Deloitte Consultant Indonesia. This extraordinary achievement aligns with Sustainable Development Goals No. 4 (Quality Education), 8 (Decent Work and Economic Growth), and 17 (Partnership for the Goals).
