Every student dreams about studying abroad. FEB UGM provides several options to experience studying overseas, such as summer school, student exchange, and dual degree. Before studying overseas, students need some informations about destination country such as living cost, lifestyle, and culture.

To facilitate student who wants to study abroad, on Wednesday (2/11), Office of International Affair FEB UGM held Study Abroad Fair 2017 in Grha Sabha Pramana 1st floor. Eko Suwardi M.Sc., Ph.D., Dean of FEB UGM delivered an opening speech in Study Abroad Fair, continued by Rangga Almahendra, Dr., S.T., M.M who gave seminar as the representative from OIA FEB UGM. Study Abroad Fair 2017 ran from 9.30 a.m. to 1.30 p.m.

In Study Abroad Fair 2017, OIA FEB UGM invited some FEB UGM’s universities partners, such as: Melbourne University (Australia), Singapore Management University (Singapore), Saxion University (the Netherlands), Institut Français d'Indonésie (Indonesia), University of Glasgow (Scotland), and Ritsumeikan University (Japan).

After presentation from representatives, the session was continued by Wieda Herdiana, S.S., M.Sc. from OIA FEB UGM. She presented topics on how to prepare documents, living cost, environment, and culture. Some question asked by visitors (mostly parents from FEB UGM students) were scholarship, language used for daily conversation and study, and type of program that could applied by student.

In Study Abroad Fair 2017, visitor can also get information directly from the partners universities in the front gate.
