The Faculty of Economics and Business, Gadjah Mada University (FEB UGM) affirms its commitment to improving public information service standards in 2025. This commitment is realised through various system enhancements, digital service innovations, and the provision of inclusive information access.
The FEB UGM PPID has developed the Integrated Economics and Business Information System (SINTESIS), integrating 34 digital services covering academic, student affairs, human resources, cooperation, and asset management. This platform is the foundation for creating a transparent, efficient, and publicly accessible data ecosystem.
In addition, the Information Centre, as a cross-unit integrated service centre, further strengthens the effectiveness of information delivery. FEB UGM also ensures disability-friendly services and expands integration with the UGM PPID website, alum network, and other external information systems.
To assess the implementation of public information disclosure at UGM, PPID UGM conducted internal monitoring and evaluation on Tuesday, 10 September 2025, of several implementing PPIDs at UGM, including the FEB UGM Implementing PPID.
The University Secretary and Head of PPID UGM, Dr. Andi Sandi Antonius Tabusassa Tonralipu, S.H., LL.M, led the internal monitoring and evaluation. The visit was received directly by the Deputy Dean of FEB UGM for Research, Community Service, and Alumni, Gumilang Aryo Sahadewo, S.E.
Through this internal monitoring and evaluation, the PPID of the Faculty of Economics and Business at UGM uses the assessment results as a basis for strengthening and learning to improve the quality of public information services that are more transparent, accountable, and responsive to the community’s needs.
