Students are required to administratively re-register every semester by conducting the tuition fee (UKT) payment according to the schedule set on the University’s academic calendar. Overdue payment in the current ongoing semester can result in the student’s status deactivation, and the semester will still be counted as the student’s study period. After completing the tuition fee payment as a form of administrative re-registration, students should conduct the Course Selection process (KRS) as a form of academic re-enrollment to activate their academic status.
International Undergraduate Program (IUP) students must conduct the tuition fee payments according to the University’s schedule. IUP students who are currently enrolled in a dual degree program at a partner university must pay attention to the tuition fee payment obligation which is regulated in accordance with the dual degree program provisions they are participating in. This applies to both IUP and regular undergraduate students who will participate in any international exposure program. Student’s status must be active to submit courses and grade transfer from the partner university.
Re-Enrollment Status
- Registered
Registered status is given to students who have completed the administrative re-enrollment (tuition fee payment) but have yet to conduct the academic re-enrollment (Course Selection process). Student’s status will be deactivated if they have not completed the Course Selection process by the end of the academic re-enrollment period. - Active
Active status is given to students who have completed both administrative and academic re-enrollment processes. - Inactive
Inactive status is given to students who did not complete both administrative re-enrollment (tuition fee Payment) and academic re-enrollment (Course Selection process) processes. - Withdrawal
A student is declared to have withdrawn from their study should their status be inactive for 4 semesters straight unnoticed. - Academic Leave
Academic leave status is given to students who got the approval for their academic leave request. Students do not need to conduct the re-enrollment process, both administratively and academically.
