Students are required to fill in their study plan through Simaster every semester during the period announced by the FEB UGM Academic Office. Students can edit their study plans on the set schedule.
Students can make changes or cancel their study plans by no later than the end of the second week of learning activities in the current semester. The Head of the Study Program’s considerations and decisions are applicable.
Students are required to complete the Lecturer Evaluation (EDoM) through Simaster for all courses taken in the previous semester to be able to complete the Course Selection process.
Requirements for Opening Classes in the Ongoing Semester
- The minimum number of participants for the regular class is 10 students and 5 students for the IUP class.
- If a student proposes to open a class for a course that is not in the same semester sequence, they must obtain the Head of the Study Program’s approval even though the minimum class capacity requirements have been met.
- Independent Study Class for a course can be opened with the approval of the Head of the Study Program. The Independent Study class is a class with a quota of under 10 students for the regular class and under 5 students for the IUP class. Independent Study class lecture consists of 8 face-to-face meetings for one semester (class lecturer’s policy is applicable), followed by a Midterm Exam and Final Exam.
