In the case of a serious violation, FEB UGM can review the status and rights of a student. Some conditions that can cause a Drop Out, namely:
- Committing crimes that can damage FEB UGM’s reputation,
- Not being able to complete studies after exceeding the study period,
- Committing violations of academic regulations and ethics codes (cheating or plagiarism) which can be considered as a serious violation,
- Committing norms violating act(s), such as: sexual harassment, humiliating act towards institutions, and immoral acts,
- Legally proven to have committed a crime according to a court order,
- Involved in drug cases (narcotics, psychotropics, and any other addictive substances),
- Involved in criminal acts,
- Causing damage to campus property
- Accepted as a UGM student through improper or illegal methods and procedures.
