On Thursday and Friday, May 2-3 2019, FEB UGM held the Campus Hiring and Sharing Session: Ernst & Young (EY) Goes to Universitas Gadjah Mada. This event is taken place at the Djarum Foundation Auditorium, Pertamina Tower Building, Faculty of Economics and Business UGM. The Dean of FEB UGM, Eko Suwardi, Ph.D stated that this moment is very rare occasion event due to the directly presented by EY Management. “This noon will be of the benefit between FEB UGM with our partnership” mentioned by Eko.
The first session delivered by Agung Purwanto, the EY partner. On the opening, he mentioned that UGM is one of the tenth university that visited by EY in willing to find the best talent. Thus, he presented the company profile to draw the company and employee development. EY employs series update data or program following the advances technology revolution. We are conducting the innovation such as paperless working paper, cloud storing, establishing client portal, and many others” mentioned by the FEB UGM alumni.
The next session is conducted by the assurance partner, by David Sungkoro who delivers the capacity building to EY staffs. EY encourages the staffs to make self-development by joining the exchange staff and mobility staff, training, and others programs. “EY regularly does the training programs mapping for all the staffs” he mentioned.
