At this prestigious event, FEB UGM earned four awards in different categories. The first award was for Best Undergraduate Program as the PD DIKTI Award 2024 recipient in the Master’s Program category, earned by FEB UGM’s Master in Management (MM) program at both the Yogyakarta and Jakarta campuses. This was followed by the Best Implementing PPID (Public Information and Documentation Officer) award in the Evaluation and Monitoring of UGM Public Information Services 2024.

FEB UGM students also excelled in competitions, with the Artemis team consisting of Hafidh Firdaus Muzakki (Accounting 2021), Muhammad Rizqy Al Farisi (Accounting 2021) and Haniyah Nur Hasanah (Economics 2021) winning a gold medal in the Investment Research category. Meanwhile, the Cigrosys team, led by Mohammad Agta Annafi’ Sugiyantoro (Economics 2022) and Hasan Adi Nugraha (Cartography and Remote Sensing 2021), secured a gold medal in the Scientific Writing category. Both awards were earned in the National Student Competition in Business, Management, and Finance 2024.

Bayu Sutikno, S.E., M.S.M., Ph.D., Vice Dean for Academic and Student Affairs at FEB UGM, expressed his appreciation for the achievements of FEB UGM’s academic community and study programs during the **2024 UGM Achievers Award Night**. He emphasized that the tradition of excellence has been a hallmark of FEB UGM since its inception 69 years ago.

“We are immensely proud and grateful for the achievements of the FEB UGM academic community and programs at this year’s UGM Achievers Award Night,” he said on Thursday (11/14/2024).

Bayu also expressed pride that FEB UGM’s MM program at the Yogyakarta and Jakarta campuses was recognized as the best undergraduate program under the PD DIKTI Award 2024 in the Master’s Program category. Established in 1988, this program is one of the flagship initiatives of both FEB and UGM. Moreover, in terms of transparency of public information, FEB UGM has demonstrated outstanding performance by winning the Best Implementing PPID (Public Information Officer) in the 2024 Evaluation and Monitoring of UGM Public Information Services.

“We extend our special thanks and appreciation to the FEB UGM Public Relations Unit for their hard work and remarkable achievements,” he added.

Bayu also congratulated the FEB UGM students for their achievements as the main actors in the learning process. Winning two gold medals in different categories confirms that FEB UGM’s various innovations have yielded sweet results.

“Congratulations to the FEB UGM student teams for winning two gold medals in scientific writing and investment research. These achievements are also due to the guidance and support of FEB UGM’s faculty and professional staff,” he concluded.
