On this reason, on Friday (05/03/2021), the Management Laboratory, Department of Management, Faculty of Economics and Business, Universitas Gadjah Mada (FEB UGM) held a Management Forum with the topic of "Harmonization of Current Human Resource Management (MSDM) and Demands for Industrial Transformation. in Indonesia". This seminar was held through Zoom Meetings, and presented resource persons namely Sari Sitalaksmi, Ph.D., Lecturer of the Management Department FEB UGM, and Miftahudin as Deputy Chair of the Permanent Committee for Employment Training, Chamber of Commerce and Industry (KADIN Indonesia). The trend of globalization is not only an interesting phenomenon for the business sector. In the academic area, the phenomenon of globalization is depicted from the increasing mobility of students and academics to study or do academic activities away from their home universities to other countries. The phenomenon is also unavoidable for the Faculty of Economics and Business Universitas Gadjah Mada (FEB UGM). In fact, for the past few years, the interests of FEB UGM students to study abroad have also significantly increased as well as the interests of overseas students to study at FEB UGM. Every year, hundreds of FEB students leave their home country to do student exchange programs, double degree programs, summer schools, conferences, competitions, and others.
