Publications Unit was established by the Faculty of Economics and Business UGM to accommodate the results of scientific research by professors and academics in the field of economics and business. Unit of Publications is a synergy of three research institutes belongs to the Faculty: Journal of Indonesian Economy & Business (JIEB), Gadjah Mada International Journal of Business (GAMA IJB), and the Accounting and Business Information System (ABIS).

Economics and Business Research and Development Agency (EBReDA), is an unit at the Faculty of Economics and Business Universitas Gadjah Mada (FEB UGM), was officially established on July 1st, 2010. EBReDA FEB UGM was formed from the merger of units in the FEB UGM consisting of Economics Research and Development (PPE), Management Research and Development (PPM), Accounting Research and Development (PPA), Language Training Center (PB), Business and Economics Data Center (PDBE), Center for Good Corporate Governance (CGCG), and the Institue of Islamic Economics and Business (LEBI).

Unit of Quality Assurance was established to meet the accreditation needs of schools both in national accreditation and international accreditation.

The Academic Production House (APH) was formed to answer the challenges of an open course and research platform that the wider community can easily access. APH's services include the creation of learning videos, documentaries, dissemination of research results, and community service, as well as promotional materials and live streaming of activities within the Faculty of Economics and Business Universitas Gadjah Mada.

Unit of Global Relation and Mobility (GREAT) of the Faculty of Economics and Business UGM was established in 2009. As a new unit, Unit of Admission, International Exchange and Cooperation FEB UGM aims to provide international services for students, lecturers, and faculty members.

Unit of Career and Student Development (CSDU) is a unit tasked with career development, student entrepreneurship, and alumni search (Tracer study) as well as coordinating job search activities for new graduates, developing academic community activities in collaboration with stakeholders (society and the business world) to integrate academic activities with the world of work.

The Industrial and Alumni Cooperation Unit was established to meet the needs of alumni and the school's cooperation with industry.
