In the first semester, students are required to take a course package with a total of 20 credits. In the following semester, the number of credits that can be taken is determined based on the GPA obtained from the previous semester with the following conditions.
GPA Index | Semester Credit Unit |
GPA >= 3,25 | 24 credits |
2,75 – 3,24 | 21 credits |
2,00 – 2,75 | 18 credits |
0,00 – 1,99 | 15 credits |
The maximum number of credits taken by students in each semester is 24 credits. Semesters’ GPA provisions will automatically be recorded in the student’s study plan, and students are prohibited from taking courses beyond the specified credits. The academic information system will automatically display the number of credits that can be taken on the student’s SIMASTER Apps menu.
For students who have finished their exchange program, the number of credits taken is in accordance with the previous semester’s GPA results which came from the course transfer and the exchange program’s grade. If the course grades from the exchange program have not been published until the current semester’s Course Selection process (KRS) period, the number of credits that can be taken is 15 credits (default).
