IUP Intake 1 2025

The Faculty of Economics and Business, Universitas Gadjah Mada (FEB UGM), has opened registration for the 2025 International Undergraduate Program (IUP). The IUP track admission process takes place in three intakes.

Registration for the first intake of IUP is open from January 14 to February 18, 2025. The entrance test will be conducted offline from February 27 to March 2, 2025, with results announced on March 6, 2025.

The second intake of IUP registration will occur from April 10 to May 14, 2025, followed by the third intake from June 17 to July 21, 2025.

Program Excellence

Arizona Mustikarini, Ph.D., Head of the Global Relations and Mobility Unit (GREAT), stated that FEB UGM has offered IUP since 2005 to prepare future leaders to play a crucial role in the global market. The IUP program at FEB UGM is an excellent choice for prospective students looking to expand their academic international exposure. One of its key advantages is that FEB UGM is among the top 6% of business schools worldwide accredited by the Association to Advance Collegiate Schools of Business (AACSB).

Another advantage of this program is the development of several outstanding courses in each study program. For example, the Accounting program offers Sustainability Accounting, Data Analytics, and Enterprise Resource Planning courses. Meanwhile, the Economics program includes courses like Environmental Economics, Economics of Education, and Crime Economics. Lastly, the Management program features courses such as Business Ethics and Sustainability, Business Process Improvement and Innovation, and Customer Value Discovery, Creation, and Delivery.

In addition, the International Undergraduate Program (IUP) offers international exposure through double degree programs and student exchange programs.

“We collaborate with more than 70 partner universities across Australia, Europe, America, and Asia in implementing double degree and exchange programs,” explained Arizona.

Some of these partner universities include the University of Melbourne, Australia; Erasmus University Rotterdam, the Netherlands; the University of Hull, the United Kingdom; Toulouse Business School, France; Hochschule Pforzheim, Germany; Copenhagen Business School, Denmark, and others.

Another significant advantage of IUP FEB UGM is students’ opportunity to intern at global companies. Moreover, there are also great opportunities for students to participate in conferences and competitions at the international level, such as in Hong Kong, the Netherlands, and Singapore.

“Through this program, we aim to produce graduates with strong competitiveness who can contribute globally,” she added.

Admission Requirements and Selection Process

Prospective students interested in joining the IUP FEB UGM program must prepare several required documents.

Applicants must be high school graduates (SMA/MA/SMK or equivalent) within the last three years and provide a diploma as proof. They must also have a strong command of English, with a TOEFL score 525 or an equivalent IELTS score 6.

The selection process consists of two stages. The first stage includes the Academic English Proficiency Test (AcEPT) and the Gadjah Mada Scholastic Test (GMST). The second stage includes a Leaderless Group Discussion (LGD) and an interview.

So, don’t miss this opportunity for those who want to become part of FEB UGM through the IUP program! Further information about IUP FEB UGM can be accessed at iup.feb.ugm.ac.id.
