KAFEGAMA Successfully Holds "Guyub Rukun Migunani" Golf Tournament

The Alumni Family of the Faculty of Economics and Business, Universitas Gadjah Mada (KAFEGAMA) Yogyakarta once again held the KAFEGAMA Open Golf Tournament (KOGT) 2024 at Merapi Golf, Cangkringan, Sleman, on Saturday, September 14, 2024.
KAFEGAMA held the KOGT tournament for the third time this year. One hundred and thirty-seven participants joined the game, including alums and the general public from various cities in Indonesia.
The tournament was attended by the Chairman of KAFEGAMA, Prof. Dr. Eduardus Tandelilin, M.B.A., Chairman of Kafegama Yogyakarta, Dr. Bogat Agus Riyono, M.Sc., Ak., CA., Expert Council of ISEI Yogyakarta Branch, Prof. Edy Suandi Hamid, as well as several bank executives, academics and other participants.
Dr. Bogat Agus Riyono, M.Sc., Ak., CA., Chairman of Kafegama Yogyakarta, explained that this tournament was a gathering event for alums and stakeholders. "I believe that togetherness, harmony, and mutual benefit can be achieved through the KOGT 2024," he said in a statement received on Saturday (14/9).
Meanwhile, the chairman of KOGT 2024, Supramono, said in an interview that KOGT is an annual event held as part of the 69th anniversary of FEB UGM. This event aims to bring alums together so that they can contribute to improving the quality of education at FEB UGM. One way is to raise funds for scholarships and educational facilities for FEB UGM students.
On this occasion, the Dean of FEB UGM, Prof. Dr. Didi Achjari, M.Com., Ak., CA., expressed high hopes for the alums. He hopes that the alumni can contribute to the development of the campus and the education of the students of FEB UGM.
"We hope the alums will remain united, harmonious, and useful," he said.
KOGT 2024 lasted a full day and consisted of 18 holes. The tournament included several categories, with Sendy S winning the Best Gross Overall category (gross: 81 and net: 73), earning the KOGT rotating trophy. The Best Net Overall winner was Oscar Prasetyo (gross: 83 and net: 70). There were also winners in other categories.
The tournament offered a hole-in-one prize, including an apartment in Mataram City (SID), a house in Banyu Bening, Ambarawa (SID), a BMW 218i Grand Coupe (Astra Jateng), a Honda BRV E CVT (Honda Anugerah), IDR 200 million (KJPP Dino Farid and Partners), and IDR 100 million (Bakpia ASatu). In addition, the event featured numerous prizes and door prizes worth hundreds of millions of rupiah. A savings prize of IDR 50 million from Bank Jateng was provided for the grand lucky draw.
