The Alumni Association of the Faculty of Economics and Business, Universitas Gadjah Mada (KAFEGAMA), has provided scholarships and learning support facilities for Faculty of Economics and Business UGM students. The aid was handed over by the Chairman of KAFEGAMA DI Yogyakarta, Dr. Bogat Agus Riyono, M.Sc., Ak., CA., to the Dean of FEB UGM, Prof. Dr. Didi Achjari, M.Com., Ak., C.A., on Saturday, September 14, 2024. The handover occurred after the 2024 KAFEGAMA Open Golf Tournament (KOGT) at Merapi Golf, Cangkringan, Sleman on Saturday, September 14, 2024.
The Dean of FEB UGM, Prof. Dr. Didi Achjari, M.Com., Ak., C.A., expressed his gratitude to the alumni who have provided scholarships and educational support facilities for FEB UGM students.
“We express our deepest gratitude to Kafegama for their support through the 2024 KAFEGAMA Open Golf Tournament, providing scholarships and infrastructure support to FEB UGM,” he said (14/9).
Didi hopes that KAFEGAMA will continue to play a role in improving the quality of education at FEB UGM. He also wishes the alums to remain united, harmonious, and valuable.
Meanwhile, the Chairman of KAFEGAMA DI Yogyakarta, Dr. Bogat Agus Riyono, M.Sc., Ak., CA., said that KOGT is an annual event to raise funds for scholarships and educational support facilities for UGM students. Through this event, alumni also made direct donations through a music charity and successfully raised IDR 30 million to support the education of FEB UGM students.
