The student team from the Faculty of Economics and Business, Gadjah Mada University (FEB UGM), won the national championship title at the National Student Competition in Business, Management, and Finance (KBMK), organised by the Ministry of Higher Education, Science, and Technology (Kemdikbudristek). The event took place from 23 to 26 October at Multimedia Nusantara University (UMN) in Tangerang, Banten.
The FEB team secured the first-place title through outstanding achievements in several categories. The DAH Compliance Team, composed of 2022 Accounting students: Btari Maharani Putri Suhendi, M. Hilmy Naufal, and Della Nurhaliza, won first place in the Investigative Audit category.
Meanwhile, the Beginner Team, consisting of 2023 Accounting students Keyra Audrey Annabelle Christian and Ratri Dwiyanti, under the supervision of Amirullah Setya Hardi, S.E., Cand.Oecon., Ph.D., earned first place in the Scientific Writing category.
Furthermore, the 4th National Best Award was won by the Civil Servant Team consisting of students from the Accounting Study Programme class of 2022, namely Najwa Balqis Shabana, Putri Khairunnisa Fakhira, and Nafisa Ariqoh, with their supervisor Rijadh Djatu Winardi, S.E., M.Sc., Ph.D., CFE.
These three teams represented the Gadjah Mada University Business Laboratory Community in KBMK 2025. KBMK 2025 featured five categories: business planning, investigative research, investigative financial auditing, research commercialization, and scientific writing.
