Journal of Indonesian Economy and Business (JIEB) invites researcher and practitioners in the field of Economics, Business, and Accounting to submit paper for JIEB Best Paper Award 2011. The paper can be either Indonesian and English. The paper should be original, previously unpublished work, and relevant to the current issues of three fields.

- Macro-prudential policy to stabilise the economy
- Cross border capital flows and economic performance
- How to accelerate infrastructure development?
- How to enhance competitiveness, industry, and trade?
- MDG’s and poverty alleviation
- Economics of climate change and sustainable development
- How to accelerate backward regions in Indonesia
- Multilevel corruption
Sub Topic Business and Accounting:
- Good Corporate Governance
- Impact of International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) on Indonesian Business
- The role of entrepreneur
- Small Medium size Enterprises
- Strategic Leaderships
Submitted papers will be carefully evaluated based on originality, significance, technical soundness, and clarity of exposition by expertises from Universitas Gadjah Mada, other respected university, and the JIEB’s editors.
- Submission Deadline: October 20, 2011
- Author Notification: November 18, 2011
The winners will be invited to present the paper in JIEB Best Paper Award 2011 seminar; granted money prizes and given priority to publish the papers on the JIEB.
