The Faculty of Economics and Business Universitas Gadjah Mada (FEB UGM) in collaboration with ANU Indonesia Project will conduct an annual public policy forum series titled the Mubyarto Public Policy Forum with the theme “The political economy of tobacco control in Indonesia: The state of play.” The annual public policy forum is in honour of Professor Mubyarto, a prominent economist from Universitas Gadjah Mada, who was one of Indonesia’s most influential intellectuals on the issue of rural development between the 1960s and 1990s.
