A total of 4,160 participants took the Computer Based Written Examination (UTBK) for the National Test-Based Selection (SNBT) 2025 at the Faculty of Economics and Business, Universitas Gadjah Mada (FEB UGM). The UTBK was held from April 23 to May 2, 2025.
Bayu Sutikno, S.E., M.S.M., Ph.D., Vice Dean for Academic and Student Affairs at FEB UGM, said that the faculty provided 13 laboratory rooms with a total capacity of 260 participants to support the implementation of the UTBK at FEB UGM.
“It is an honor and a source of pride for us to be entrusted once again as one of the venues for the UTBK SNBT 2025,” Bayu said on Monday (04/28)
This year, FEB UGM served as one of the 13 UTBK SNBT 2025 venues spread across UGM, with 20,615 participants across the university. The UTBK rooms at FEB UGM were spread across four buildings: the FEB UGM Learning Center, the Master of Science and Doctoral Building, the Master of Management Building, and the Master of Development Economics Building.
“All rooms are equipped with high-quality computer facilities supervised by instructors and staff on duty. We strive to provide the best possible service to students and their accompanying parents. Of course, we maintain vigilance and professionalism among the supervisors, following the guidelines set by the UTBK SNBT Central Committee,” Bayu added.
UGM enforced strict regulations to prevent cheating, including identity and document checks and a ban on bringing communication devices. In addition, supervisors were required to perform physical searches of participants using metal detectors.
The UTBK was divided into two sessions: a morning session from 6:45 am to 10:30 am and an afternoon session from 10:30 am to 4:45 pm. The tests included the Scholastic Potential Test, Mathematical Reasoning, and Literacy in both Indonesian and English.
