Faculty of Economics and Business, Universitas Gadjah Mada proudly presented a Family Day to all of its lecturers, employees, and students as part of the 54th FEB UGM anniversary on Sunday, August 9, 2009.
Such a community event where all faculty members together with their families flocked to the faculty ground for enjoying various games and competitions, door prizes, amusements, as well as meals and beverages, was part of the faculty anniversary agenda. While the women were busy with their knitting competition, the man held a lively sack race and table tennis, the children played together exuberantly, and joined the drawing competition, burble games, balloon waving, etc. The Family Day was officially opened by the dean, Prof. Marwan Asri, MBA, Ph.D, at 7.00 AM and it was closed at 12.30 PM. It was really a day of fun for everyone.
Within the age of 54 years, may the cooperative and harmonious relationship between the academic members, as well as their families, last forever and get much better in the future.
