Olah Raga Dies Natalis ke-67

The enthusiasm of the participants who were competing in the collaborative sports competition as part of a series of Dies Natalis to welcome the 67th anniversary of the Faculty of Economics and Business (FEB) UGM was seen very clearly. The sports competition was held at the Leadership Hall, Master of Management FEB UGM from August 13 to September 2, 2022. This year, as the opening agenda of the series, three sports were competed, namely volleyball, badminton, table tennis, and tennis.

Collaborative sports competitions are an event for gathering and staying in touch between the big family of FEB UGM staff and education staff all from the S1 Program, Masters in Accounting (MAKSI), Masters in Management (MM), Masters in Economics and Development (MEP), Wisma MM UGM, Research and Training in Economics and Business (P2EB), and Master of Science and Doctorate (MD). The event was highly anticipated after the last two years only being able to celebrate online due to the Covid-19 pandemic.

For the volleyball match, from the eight participating teams, three teams won the match, namely the Credit Score Team in 3rd place, Scopus Team in 2nd place, and Sustainable Team in 1st place. For the table tennis match, the third winner was won by The Migunani Team, the second winner was won by the Resilience Team, and the first place was won by the Guyub Team.

Meanwhile, for the men’s badminton match, the third place was won by the Resilience Team, the second place by the Rukun Team, and the first place by the Sustainable Team. For the women’s badminton match, Ari W and Yuliana won the match in the third position, Alfiani and Jihan in the second position, then Umi and Rere in the first position.

The entire match was successfully held and there was high enthusiasm from the participants and spectators who attended this activity. In the future, it is hoped that this activity will continue to be a means to increase the sense of kinship within the scope of FEB UGM. Hopefully in the following years there will be no obstacles in holding this highly anticipated activity that gained positive responses from the FEB UGM academic community.
