
The Faculty of Economics and Business, Universitas Gadjah Mada (FEB UGM) officially graduated 165 Master’s students in the Period IV Academic Year 2024/2025. Before this, the FEB UGM graduates participated in the university-level graduation ceremony along with other postgraduate students from different faculties, which took place on Wednesday (23/7/2025).
The Vice Dean for Academic and Student Affairs of FEB UGM, Bayu Sutikno, S.E., M.S.M., Ph.D., emphasized that graduation is not the finish line but the starting point for graduates to embark on the next phase of their lives.
“Tonight is not the final night or the end of your journey. Some of you will return to your families tomorrow, continue your careers, or pursue further studies. Believe that a good attitude will bring you to a high altitude,” he said.
In this graduation period, FEB UGM conferred degrees on six graduates from the Master of Science in Accounting, 16 graduates from the Master of Accounting, two graduates from the Master of Science in Economics, six graduates from the Master of Science in Management, 10 graduates from the Master of Development Economics, 69 graduates from the Master of Management Yogyakarta Campus, and 56 graduates from the Master of Management Jakarta Campus.
The highest GPA in this postgraduate graduation period was achieved by Irfan Julhidayat from the Master of Management Program (Jakarta Campus) with a perfect Grade Point Average (GPA) of 4.00, completed in 1 year, 9 months, and 30 days at the age of 39 years, 9 months, and 8 days. The youngest graduate was Rivaldo Ghoffaru Zein from the Master of Management Program at the age of 23 years, 6 months, and 2 days. Meanwhile, Mahendra Pamungkas from the Master of Management Program (Jakarta Campus) achieved the fastest study duration, graduating in 11 months and 18 days.
