Dean of FEB UGM Appoints Unit Heads and Study Coordinators

The Faculty of Economics and Business of Universitas Gadjah Mada (FEB UGM) appointed 13 Unit Leaders and 13 Study Coordinators during an offline ceremony held on Friday, January 6, 2025 at the Kertanegara Room, FEB UGM.

The appointment decrees for the Unit Leaders and Lab Coordinators at FEB UGM were handed over by the Dean of the Faculty of Economics and Business UGM, Prof. Dr. Didi Achjari, S.E., M.Com., Ak., CA. In his remarks, Didi emphasized the importance of collaboration and organizational expansion as strategic efforts to address the challenges and achieve the goals set by the faculty.

One of the strategic steps taken is the creation of the Sustainability and Strategic Initiatives Unit. This unit is designed to coordinate and integrate various activities related to sustainability.

“The goals we have set are very challenging and require unity. The Dean’s Office cannot work alone without the support of all of you,” he emphasized.

Didi also stressed the importance of instilling sustainability values in every aspect of the faculty’s activities. He encouraged the entire FEB UGM academic community to integrate sustainability principles into academic, research, and community service activities.

“We are discussing formal goals and a grand mission to produce future leaders who care about sustainability. Our existence as an educational institution must bring values and integrity that contribute to this nation,” he added.

Didi also reminded everyone that each faculty member is responsible for building the FEB UGM. He hoped the newly appointed Unit Heads and Program Coordinators would carry out their duties responsibly, collaborate effectively, and achieve excellence.

“This is part of leadership training – how we handle responsibilities sincerely and wholeheartedly. Together, we work collectively to make a difference and contribute to the nation through the authority of the faculty,” Didi concluded.

The appointed unit heads include Choirunnisa Arifa, S.E., M.Sc., Ph.D., as coordinator of the undergraduate programs in Accounting, Economics, and Management; Fu’ad Rakhman, S.E., M.Sc., Ph.D., as coordinator of the Master of Science and Doctoral Programs in the Master of Science and Doctoral Study Programs; Gumilang Aryo Sahadewo, S.E., M.A., Ph.D., as Acting Head of the Economics and Business Research and Training Unit (P2EB); and Suyanto, S.E., M.B.A., Ph.D., as Acting Deputy Head for Administration and Finance of the Economics and Business Research and Training Unit (P2EB).

Next, Widya Paramita, S.E., M.Sc., Ph.D., as Head of the Scientific Publications Unit; Arika Artiningsih, S.E., M.Acc., M.Com., M.Res., Ph.D., as Deputy Head of the Scientific Publications Unit; Dr. Aprilia Beta Suandi, S.E., M.Ec., as Head of the Quality Assurance and Accreditation Unit; Novat Pugot Sambodo, S.E., MIDEC., Ph.D., as Deputy Head of the Quality Assurance and Accreditation Unit; Fitri Amalia, S.E., M.Sc., Ph.D., as Head of the Learning Academic and Multimedia Production (LAMP) and Public Relations (PR) Unit.

In addition, Dewi Fatmawati, S.E., M.Ec., Ph.D., as Head of the Career and Student Development Unit; Arizona Mustika Rini, S.E., M.Bus. (Acc), Ph.D., as Head of the Global Relations and Mobility Unit (GREAT); Luluk Lusiantoro, S.E., M.Sc., Ph.D., as Head of the Sustainability and Strategic Initiative Unit; and Ahmad Zaki, S.E., M.Acc, Ph.D., as Deputy Head of the Sustainability and Strategic Initiative Unit.

Meanwhile, the coordinators of the working group under the Accounting Laboratory in the Department of Accounting are Ahmad Zaki, S.E., M.Acc., Ph.D., as Coordinator of the Social and Environmental Accounting Working Group; Arika Artiningsih, S.E., M.Acc., M.Com., M.Res., Ph.D., as Coordinator of the Accounting Education Working Group; Fitri Amalia, S.E., M.Sc., Ph.D., as Coordinator of Information Systems Working Group; Dewi Fatmawati, S.E., M.Ec., Ph.D., as Coordinator of Accountability and Governance Working Group; and Dr. Puspita Ghaniy Anggraini, S.E., as Coordinator of Public Sector Studies and Taxation Working Group.

In addition, the coordinators of the working group under the Economics Laboratory in the Department of Economics include Gunawan, B.Sc., M.Sc., Ph.D., as the coordinator of the Macroeconomics Dashboard Working Group; Qisha Quarina, S.E., M.Sc., Ph.D., as coordinator of the Microeconomics Dashboard Working Group; Wisnu Setiadi Nugroho, S.E., M.Sc., M.A., Ph.D., as coordinator of the Poverty and Inequality Reduction Working Group (EQUITAS); and Gigih Fitrianto, S.E., M.Sc., Ph.D., as coordinator of the Regional and Spatial Economics and Sustainability Working Group (SPARSE).

Finally, the coordinators of the working group under the Management Laboratory in the Department of Management include Rr Tur Nastiti, M.Si., Ph.D., as coordinator of the Leadership Working Group; Luluk Lusiantoro, S.E., M.Sc., Ph.D., as coordinator of the Supply Chain and Circular Economy Working Group (SCCE); Naila Zulfa, M.A., M.S., PGDip., Ph.D., FHEA., as coordinator of the Marketing Working Group; and Risa Virgosita, S.E., M.Sc., Ph.D., as coordinator of the Entrepreneurship Working Group.
