In the series of 68th Anniversary Sports Competitions of the Faculty of Economics and Business, Universitas Gadjah Mada (FEB UGM), badminton also enlivened the sport. The badminton competition was held at the Leadership Hall of the Master of Management (MM) FEB UGM from 21 to 23 August 2023. Eight teams with members from the big family of FEB UGM graced the 68th Anniversary of FEB UGM: Team Adem, Ayem, Tentrem, Guyub, Rukun, Migunani, Elok, and Sembodo. Each team comprises two Men's Doubles and one Mixed Doubles without reserve players. These badminton athletes range from students and teaching staff to MM Hotel employees. Uniquely, Badminton for the 68th Anniversary of FEB UGM uses a ball transfer system with 30 game points instead of a rally system.

On Tuesday (21/08), the Faculty of Economics and Business, Universitas Gadjah Mada (FEB UGM), held an Alumni Sharing Session with the theme "Connecting Dreams, Igniting Success". This activity took place in the Auditorium of the FEB UGM Learning Center Building. The event started by singing the national anthem, Indonesia Raya, and the Gadjah Mada Hymn. Gumilang Aryo Sahadewo, S.E., M.A., Ph.D., FEB UGM Vice Dean for Research, Community Service, Cooperation, and Alumni, gave a speech. He hopes this activity can bridge FEB UGM students and alumni to share knowledge regarding career paths after college graduation. This sharing session presented three speakers from FEB UGM alumni, namely Azka Tsania Affandi (Accounting, 2015), Yudhistira S. Pramono (Economics, 2014), and Citta Ratnanggana (Management, 2017).

Not only physical sports but the 68th Anniversary of the Faculty of Economics and Business UGM was also celebrated with electronic sports or E-Sports, one of which was FIFA 23. This FIFA 23 competition was also accompanied and supported by the Socialization of Driving Safety by the Indonesian Police and Jasa Raharja. The FIFA 23 tournament was enlivened by 64 FEB UGM academics and was held at the FEB UGM Hall.

Thursday (17/8), KAFEGAMA PODCAST via the KAFEGAMA OFFICIAL YouTube channel brought out WINSPIRATION: THE CEO'S MIND as one of a series of events at the Pupuk Kalimantan Timur - Gadjah Mada Business Case Competition (PKT-GAMABCC) 2023. The resource person present was Rahmad Pribadi, President Director of PT Pupuk Indonesia. The discussion held in this YouTube video upload discussed many things, especially Rahmad's journey in becoming a president director and the current economic situation. Rahmad quoted a message from the 9th Hamengkubuwono, namely that although he was educated abroad, he still adhered to Javanese culture. "The character that I bring is "migunani" like KAGAMA's value, both for the organization and society," he said. For him, this philosophy is quite deep and has been used as a guide for life.

Dean of FEB UGM, Prof. Didi Achjari, expressed his welcome and pride when welcoming 568 new students for the 2023 Undergraduate Program consisting of 423 regular students and 145 international undergraduate students (IUP). "Welcome to FEB UGM, the first business school in Indonesia to be accredited internationally by AACSB since 2014. You have been selected from more than 19,893 applicants, so you are 2% of Indonesia's best sons and daughters," said Prof. Didi when opening SIMFONI (New Student Socialization and Initiation) series at Plaza FEB UGM, Wednesday morning, August 2, 2023.

In order to bridge students and alums, the Career and Student Development Unit (CSDU) and the Partnership, Admission and Alumni Unit (KiAA) Faculty of Economics and Business (FEB) Universitas Gadjah Mada (UGM) held Career Days 2023 on Tuesday and Wednesday (15-16/8). This company expo event that opens vacancies is intended for FEB UGM students, especially final semester students and fresh graduates looking for work or are often called jobseekers. Career Days 2023 brings together partner companies and FEB UGM students and is planned to be a solution in finding employment and exploring insights related to the world of work for early semester students.
