Economics and Business Research and Training (P2EB) Faculty of Economics and Business Universitas Gadjah Mada (FEB UGM) and the Economic Research Institute for ASEAN and East Asia (ERIA) as Co-hosts held the Parallel Session T20 Indonesia Summit 2022 with the topic “Promoting Sustainable Investment and Financing (SIF) as A New Approach for Infrastructure Development” on Tuesday (06/09). Think20 (T20) is the official G20 engagement group bringing together leading think tanks and research centers worldwide. The event was held offline in Bali and was also live broadcasted.

After two years of not serving food and beverages to the academic community, the EB Canteen officially reopened on Wednesday (7/9). The soft launching of the EB Canteen, Faculty of Economics and Business, Universitas Gadjah Mada (FEB UGM) marks the re-operation of the EB Canteen. The soft launching of the EB Canteen was held in the EB Canteen area, 1st Floor, West Wing, FEB UGM. The soft launching was attended by invited guests from the FEB UGM academic community as well as EB Canteen’s food merchants.

Currently, with technological developments, especially those triggered by the Covid-19 pandemic, there are many new challenges faced by auditors ranging from implementing continuous auditing in companies, business processes and data analytics, big data based on machine learning, and many others. The topic is very relevant and related to the Information Systems Auditing course at the Undergraduate Program of the Faculty of Economics and Business UGM. Therefore, the teaching team for the Information System Auditing course held a public lecture with the theme “Information System Audit” on Wednesday (13/04) which presented a competent and experienced speaker in auditing, namely Isnaeni Achdiat, S.E., M.Ak., CA ., CISA., CISM., CGEIT.

In the Odd Semester of 2022/2023, the Faculty of Economics and Business, Universitas Gadjah Mada (FEB UGM) took a bold step by conducting offline lectures and academic activities. Students from the class of 2019 and above are returning to their beloved campus, FEB UGM, while 2020 and 2021 students have the opportunity to attend lectures on campus after 2 or 4 semesters of online lectures. At the same time, UGM Freshmen (Gamada) of FEB UGM class of 2022 started the journey in their college by studying offline.

In The Trofeo Fun Football 67th FEB UGM Anniversary, the football matches were attended by 3 teams, each team consisting of 11 people.

In the purpose of education and improving economic literacy for the advancement of education in Indonesia, the Bank Indonesia Institute (BI Institute), Gadjah Mada University (UGM), and the BI DIY Representative Office collaborated to implement the BI Teaching program. BI Teaching also aims to provide participants with a better understanding of the vision, mission, role, and policies of BI which are very important in the nation's economy. This includes the increasing role of BI in the digital era to make a real contribution to Indonesia. The BI Teaching program has been carried out in several selected universities throughout Indonesia and this time it was held at UGM on Friday (26/8). BI Teaching was held close to the 69th BI Anniversary and the 7th RI Anniversary. This activity is part of the Executive Series of Master of Management (MM) FEB UGM in the context of the 67th Anniversary of FEB UGM. BI Teaching is also part of the Seminar and Public Lecture (SinarKU) of the Department of Economics, Faculty of Economics and Business (FEB) UGM. BI Teaching was attended by undergraduate and postgraduate students of FEB UGM as well as invited guests.
