The Faculty of Economics and Business, Universitas Gadjah Mada (FEB UGM) held the "FEB Open Campus 2020" event. The event was held on Saturday (29/8), as part of a series of activities for the 65th Anniversary of FEB UGM (Lustrum XIII). FEB Open Campus is an event for high school students to get an overview of lectures and job prospects for FEB UGM graduates. The theme of this year's FEB Open Campus was "Responding the Pandemic by Elevating Knowledge and Social Concern with Integrity". Unlike the previous years, FEB Open Campus 2020 was held online through the Zoom Meetings Platform. The opening remarks were delivered by the Dean of FEB UGM, Eko Suwardi, M.Sc, Ph.D. "If you are interested in entering FEB UGM, (it) is a very appropriate place," he said.

In the framework of the 65th Anniversary (Lustrum XII), the Faculty of Economics and Business UGM in collaboration with the Faculty of Medicine, Public Health and Nursing UGM held a seminar with the theme of Work-life Balance in the Pandemic Situation. The seminar was held through two platforms, namely Cisco Webex and live streaming on Fakultas Ekonomika dan Bisnis UGM YouTube channel, and was attended by students, lecturers, educational staff, and the public participant. The seminar was guided by a moderator, Amanda Acintya, SE., M.Sc. The resource person for this seminar is Prof. Dra. R.A. Yayi Suryo Prabandari, M.Sc., Ph.D. as Professor of FKKMK UGM.

Prof. Bambang Riyanto, LS, M.B.A, PhD. was officially inaugurated as Professor in Accounting from University of Gadjah Mada (UGM) in the Professor's Council Meeting held at the Senate Hall of University of Gadjah Mada on Thursday (07/16). The meeting was attended by the Chairperson of the Board of Professors, Professors, and attendees, the UGM academic community. The broadcast was live through the @UGMOfficial Youtube channel, the Inauguration of the Professor ran smoothly. With this, Prof. Bambang Riyanto officially became the 41st Professor of the total 46 Professors at the Faculty of Economics and Business UGM (FEB UGM). Prof. Bambang Riyanto also became the 484th Professor of 563 UGM Professors, both active and non-active. Inauguration of the Professor is evidence of efforts from Prof.'s Bambang Riyanto, who has served in the world of Education for a long time. Dean of the Faculty of Economics and Business UGM (FEB UGM), Eko Suwardi, Ph.D. expressed his pride and congratulations to Prof. Riyanto has been confirmed as one of the professors at FEB UGM. On Friday (26/6), the Department of Accounting, Faculty of Economics and Business UGM collaborated with Indonesian Chartered Accountants (IAI) Chapter DI. Yogyakarta held a seminar titled "Financial and Accounting Systems for Health Institutions in New Normal Conditions". This program was a response to the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic and the government policy that has begun to relax the implementation of large-scale social restrictions (PSBB). The policy must be accompanied by health protocols and system adjustments in health institutions.
