The Alumni Family of the Faculty of Economics and Business Universitas Gadjah Mada (KAFEGAMA) held the Gajah Mada Business Case Competition (GAMABCC) with the theme "Innovation and Sustainability in Agribusiness." GAMABCC is an annual event organized by KAFEGAMA and this year was held in collaboration with PT Pupuk Kalimantan Timur (PKT). A series of GAMABCC activities will take place from 21 June to 22 July 2022 and will be carried out online through Zoom Meetings. Participants who registered for GAMABCC were 145 undergraduate students and 44 master's students with a total appreciation of Rp.113,000,000.00.

On Friday (17/06), Universitas Udayana (www.unud.ac.id) visited Faculty of Economics and Business UGM to develop the International Business Studies Network program at Universitas Udayana and benchmarking programs for the Global Relations and Mobility Office (GREAT) FEB UGM. The event was held offline in the Kertanegara room, attended by several representatives from Universita Udayana.

Facing the Triple Challenges stated by the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Indonesia (Kemenkeu), Thursday (16/6), the Laboratory of Economics, Faculty of Economics and Business Universitas Gadjah Mada (FEB UGM) collaborating with the Macroeconomic Dashboard held a Seminar and Public Lecture (SinarKU) entitled “Triple Challenges, Unsustainable Low Interest Rates and Recession: A New Consensus in Macroeconomic Analysis”. SinarKU this time was held online via Zoom Meeting. SinarKU moderated by Shima Dewi Mutiara Trisna, S.E., M.Sc. and presenting speakers, namely Prof. Dr. Insukindro, M.A., a lecturer at the Department of Economics, FEB UGM.

The Covid-19 pandemic has had a serious impact on the tourism sector in Indonesia. The implementation of a mobility restriction policy during a pandemic certainly affects the existing operating system of the tourism sector. However, to be able to adapt to this, the use and innovation of technology in the tourism sector are expected to help the recovery of tourism in Indonesia. To discuss this further, Faculty of Economcis and Business UGM brought the theme "The Role of Technology in Tourism Recovery and Sustainability in the New Normal Era" in I-Week on Thursday (29/07).

As part of the 27th Anniversary of the Master of Development Economics Study Program (MEP) Faculty of Economics and Business UGM, a National Seminar was held on Saturday (11/06) with the theme "Digital Transformation of Economic Development and Property Dynamics in Indonesia." The seminar was held offline at the Hyatt Regency Hotel Ballroom and was also broadcast online via Zoom Meetings platform and MEP FEB UGM’s YouTube channel. There were three speakers present at the seminar, namely Dr. Nursiah, S.Sos., M.Si, as Deputy Regent of Central Lombok, Budiharto Setyawan, S.H., M.Si, as Head of BI Yogyakarta, and Guntur Pramudiyanto, S.E., M.Ec.Dev., as Chairman I DPN MAPPI.
