Call for Papers The 14th Gadjah Mada International Conference on Economics and Business (GAMAICEB 2026)

The Faculty of Economics and Business, Universitas Gadjah Mada (FEB UGM), has once again reached an important milestone in scientific publishing. The Gadjah Mada International Journal of Business (GamaIJB) has officially strengthened its reputation by advancing from Q3 to Q2 in the SCImago/Scopus rankings, and by securing a place on the ABDC Journal Quality List.

In the face of mounting global uncertainty driven by trade wars, geopolitical conflicts, and supply chain disruptions, the ability to lead is becoming an increasingly important factor in ensuring business sustainability.

The ability to write academic papers is an essential competency that students must master during their studies. Through the STAR LEAD (Soft Skills Training and Recharging Leadership Exploration and Development) program, the Career and Student Development Unit (CSDU) of the Faculty of Economics and Business Universitas Gadjah Mada (FEB UGM) organized a training session titled “Writing Skill: Academic and Reference Manager.”

The activity took place on Friday, 8 May 2026, at the FEB UGM Computer Laboratory and aimed to engage undergraduate students from the 2024 cohort.

Fifty years is a long time. Yet, for the alumni of the Faculty of Economics and Business Universitas Gadjah Mada class of 1976 (KAFEGAMA 76), the span of half a century seemed to disappear the moment they stepped back onto their beloved campus.
