On Wednesday, 18 February, Faculty of Economics and Business welcome the international students who join the student exchange program at the International Undergraduate Program (IUP) during 1 semester (semester II 2008/2009).

Faculty of Economics and Business, Universitas Gadjah Mada proudly presented a  Family Day to all of its lecturers, employees, and students as part of the 54th  FEB UGM anniversary on Sunday, August 9, 2009.

Such a community event where all faculty members together with their families flocked to the faculty ground for enjoying various games and competitions, door prizes, amusements, as well as meals and beverages, was part of the faculty anniversary agenda.

KAGAMA XI National Colloquy will be held from 23 until 26 July 2008 in Jogjakarta, with the following schedules:

This year, UGM held another Research and History Week 2009 with the theme “60 years of synergizing the potential of Society Resources”.

ConocoPhillips Indonesia will visit MM-UGM in term Campus Visit 2009. During the event they will present company profile and apprentice selection test.

Based on the selection and survey conducted in 2008, Eduniversal awards the award to the Faculty of Economics and Business Universitas Gadjah Mada, together with the Faculty of Economics University of Indonesia and SIB ITB as “EXCELLENT Business Schools nationally strong and/or with continental links”.

This award is given in the form of a certificate as proof for business schools that are considered strong business schools on a national scale and have good links and relationships with business schools from other countries.

The PERTAMINA scholarship presentation is held on Wednesday, 1st of July 2009 at the Faculty of Economics and Business Universitas Gadjah Mada, and continued with interview for the applicant of the internship program.

All students are obliged to write and hand over their thesis as part of the bachelor’s degree last requirement.

Journal of Indonesian Economy and Business invites researchers and practitioners in the era of Economics, Business and Accounting to submit his/her the best paper for the first JIEB Best paper Competition 2009 with the following topics “The Impact of Global Financial Crises on the Indonesian Economy and Business”.
