Dean of FEB UGM Participates in AACSB Dean’s Conference 2025 in Las Vegas

The Dean of the Faculty of Economics and Business, Universitas Gadjah Mada (FEB UGM), Prof. Dr. Didi Achjari, S.E., M.Com., Akt. participated in the AACSB Deans Conference 2025, held in Las Vegas, United States, from February 3 to 5, 2025.

This strategic conference brings together more than 700 business school deans worldwide to discuss challenges and opportunities in global business education. Organized by the Association to Advance Collegiate Schools of Business (AACSB), the theme of this year’s event is “Driving Change in Business Education.

The conference highlights the critical role of business schools in preparing future leaders amid technological disruption and geopolitical shifts. The discussion will cover key topics such as disruptive technologies and their impact, geopolitical shifts, the role of business in society, and the future of work. Of particular importance is the impact of artificial intelligence (AI) on business schools and the role of business education in promoting and implementing sustainability.

Prof. Didi emphasized that FEB UGM’s participation in this conference reaffirms its position as part of the global network of business schools committed to innovation in business education. As an AACSB-accredited institution since 2014, FEB UGM continuously strives to improve academic standards, strengthen international collaborations, and equip students with relevant skills to navigate the dynamic job market.

FEB UGM’s participation in this conference reflects its commitment to improving the quality of education and research. It also allows it to expand networks with leading business institutions, share best practices, and strengthen its position on the global business stage.
