The Faculty of Economics and Business, Universitas Gadjah Mada (FEB UGM), continues to provide efficient and transparent administrative services. FEB UGM will implement the e-Perjadin business travel information system from January 2025 as part of its ongoing digital transformation efforts.
e-Perjadin is a digital platform that will be integrated with simaster.ugm.ac.id, making it easier for end-users to access via UGM's Single Sign-On (SSO). The development of e-Perjadin aims to provide an efficient and effective business travel system. This platform is designed to simplify the administrative processes related to business travel, from submission and approval to reporting. The system is expected to streamline document management, reduce paper usage, and increase accountability and administrative efficiency within FEB UGM.
FEB UGM Vice Dean for Finance, Assets and Human Resources, Suyanto, S.E., M.B.A., Ph.D., explained that FEB UGM is one of the faculties with many business travel activities. With this application, they expect to reduce the administrative workload in handling extensive travel activities.
"With e-Perjadin, we can also easily track progress. In the future, any complexity can be accommodated," Suyanto said during the socialization and trial of the e-Perjadin business travel system at the Auditorium of the FEB UGM Learning Center, Wednesday (19/12/2024).
This digital platform is designed to speed up processes and reduce administrative burdens in the face of complex administrative challenges. The application is tailored to business travel activities, from simple to complex.
"We hope that this first version can accommodate up to 80-90% of business travel activities and their complexities," said Suyanto.
The e-Perjadin application is equipped with a dashboard that provides real-time information on business travel status, from submission and review to supervisor approval. A filter function allows users to monitor international travel and activity types, units, timelines, and employee categories involved in business travel.
The application is scheduled to go live on January 1, 2025. This initiative demonstrates FEB UGM's tangible efforts to integrate technology into administrative management to foster a more efficient, productive, and environmentally friendly work environment.
