
The Faculty of Economics and Business, Universitas Gadjah Mada (FEB UGM), once again organized the Entrepreneurship Expo and Talkshow with the theme “Sparking Innovation, Creating Impact.” This event allows students to showcase their business ideas and compete in an innovative and collaborative atmosphere. Of the 50 booths displayed, consisting of 38 student teams and 12 MSMEs fostered by FEB UGM, three teams managed to steal the judges’ attention and won the title in the business idea competition.
The Sabang to Merauke team won first place with their innovative interactive and repetitive educational game that introduces Indonesia’s cultural diversity to children. Fazmi Rizki Al Ghifari, Fauzan Fahmi Rosyadi, Hifzhan Azzam Naufal, and Sultan Fairuz Fahrudin Ali, Management students from the FEB UGM class of 2024, designed and developed the game to make learning both fun and inclusive. For their achievement, the team received coaching funds and the opportunity to gain further support for their business development.
The Sareyo team secured second place by presenting an innovative fashion product, special pajamas for women that combine comfort, functionality, and aesthetics. They designed the product to enhance the user’s best quality without compromising style. The team includes Farel Ahmad Mido, Rafi Putra Ramli, Allea Sava Camila, and Harsya Matumona Rangkuti, all 2024 Management Study Program students.
Meanwhile, the Tweels team earned third place by creating adjustable-height heels. They designed the product to meet women’s needs, seeking both flexibility and comfort while maintaining aesthetic appeal. The team comprises 2024 Management Study Program students Humayra Hanum Ramadhani Pradja, Anindya Sadira Khoirunissa, and Fiddin Afifah Kinanti.
