The Think20 (T20) is the G20’s official engagement group that provides research-based policy recommendations to G20 leaders. There is an urgent need to provide policy alternatives to address current challenges—underinvestment in infrastructure, growing inequalities, climate change, and environmental deterioration—that negatively impact the capacity of economies to recover sustainably and inclusively amid the global crisis. Policy papers may serve as instruments for conveying such policy alternatives to governments.
Task Force 8 is hosted by the Economics and Business R&D Agency (EBReDA), FEB UGM, and co-hosted by the IIGF Institute and ERIA.
