Students from the Faculty of Economics and Business (FEB) UGM successfully secured three bronze medals in the tennis competition at the 2025 Gadjah Mada Sports and Arts Week (PORSENIGAMA).
Ina Winata Kusuma Hasibuan (Economics, 2022) won the first bronze medal in the women’s singles category. The second bronze medal went to Ina Winata Kusuma Hasibuan and Aurelia Yuma Citra Dwinda, both of whom are studying Economics, in the women’s doubles category. Muhammad Rafsya Sefyuan Al Fathan (Accounting, 2023) and Iasmina Ligia Radu (Economics-Exchange Program, 2025) won the third bronze medal in the mixed doubles category.
Ina Winata Kusuma Hasibuan shared that this year’s Porsenigama felt more challenging as the competition featured participants with strong and impressive playing skills.
“This year was quite exciting and challenging because the opponents were much stronger compared to last year,” she explained.
Ina mentioned that the achievements of the FEB UGM tennis team at Porsenigama 2025 are something to be proud of. Although the women’s doubles and women’s singles events only resulted in bronze medals, these accomplishments still represent a significant achievement considering the tight competition and the high quality of the opponents.
“The competition was quite tough, and many of the opponents were junior-level tennis athletes,” she added.
Porsenigama 2025 marks Ina’s final year participating in the event as she will soon complete her undergraduate studies. She hopes the FEB UGM tennis team will continue the spirit and improve in the coming years.
“Since this is my last year competing in Porsenigama, I hope future FEB students can continue to maintain and even improve this achievement,” she expressed.
