Students of Universitas Gadjah Mada (UGM) consist of Fernandi Army (Economics 2015), Rickfan Wijaya (Accounting 2016), and Natasha Christanti (English 2016), succeeded to become the champion of The Debate Competition from ANE Scientific Fair 2017 at Universitas Sultan Ageng Tirtayasa on 26 to 27 November 2017.
The ANE Scientific Fair is a prestigious annual competition organized by Himpunan Mahasiswa Ilmu Administrasi Negara of Universitas Ageng Tirtayasa. There were 26 teams from various universities joined the debate competition, such as; Institut Pertanian Bogor, Universitas Indonesia, dan Universitas Gadjah Mada, and Universitas Sultan Ageng Tirtayasa itself. After several phases including the final phase, UGM team succeeded to win the 1st champion as well as brought the Trophy of Banten Governor back home under a debate titled: “Indonesia Menolak Investasi Besar-besaran dari Negara China.”
