Three students majoring in Accounting, Faculty of Economics and Business Universitas Gadjah Mada (FEB UGM), succeeded in achieving “The Best Team” award at the National Audit Conference, held by Universitas Indonesia on November 25th, 2015.
The Conference is an annual event on audit matter. This year conference talked about “The Implementation of Information System Audit to Imporve Internal Control in Enterprise System”. The UGM team consisted of three students, who are Claudia Hanny, Zoraida Gizela, and Nur Mutiara Sholihah Santosa. They beat 8 other teams on conference session, presentation and problem solving case.
Gizela, the head of the team, said that she was very glad and proud for getting the best result on the conference. This achievement followed the previous achievements, such as National Accountant Conference at Universitas Atmajaya Yogyakarta and Padjajaran Accounting Week.
“I’m so thankful for making my university proud,” she said, Tuesday (12/1) at UGM.
The head of Accounting Department, Faculty of Economics and Business UGM, Mahud Sholihin, Ph.D., said that he was proud of the achievement that was given by his students. The achievements are the result of the student’s hard work and support by the faculty.
“We hope more and more students could achieve various awards in national and international competition,” he added.
