FEB UGM Student FEB Team Won 3rd Place in Marketing Competition at The 4th Management Euphoria 2019 held at IPB University

Serendipity team, student team from Undergraduate Program Department of Management, Faculty of Economics and Business Universitas Gadjah Mada University (FEB UGM), consisting of Laura Yahdiyani (Management 2016), Rizka Allya Syahnestey (Management 2016), and Arundina Septiyani (Management 2016) won the 3rd place at the national level competition, Marketing Competition at The 4th Management Euphoria, organized by the Center of Management IPB University on April 26-28, 2019.
The 2019 Marketing Competition is part of the big event of The 4th Management Euphoria 2019. The theme raised this year is "Create Marketing Strategies to Attract Thru Consumers Promoting Products in Small Medium Enterprises at Bogor Botanical Square", where the organizers collaborate with Bogor City's Dekranasda and Botani Square.
This year, the 2019 Marketing Competition consists of a series of selections that are long enough to determine the winner, starting from the paper selection, where participants must solve the case study of the Bogor City Dekranasda and Botani Square. Then, 8 selected teams represent student from Universitas IPB, Universitas Padjajaran, Universitas Sebelas Maret, Universitas Gadjah Mada, dan Institut Teknologi Bandung, will go into the video advertising stage, this stage requires the idea and creativity of the team in packaging interesting advertising. Furthermore, the presentation stage and the mysterious challenge stage that test the ability of each team towards understanding and skills in the field of marketing.
Points from each stage are accumulated according to percentage and provisions. FEB UGM team finally managed to occupy third position. The first and second positions were won by teams of students from IPB University.
