Undergraduate student of the Faculty of Economics and Business UGM, Anette Geraldine (Management-IUP 2019), was able to win first place in the 2022 Unilever Future Leaders League (UFLL) in Indonesia with her team. Anette also became one of the individual winners and will represent Indonesia at the UFLL Global Final Round in London with other winners from the University of Indonesia and Swiss German University.
UFLL is a global business case competition that challenges the younger generation to explore creative and inspiring solutions in solving case studies from one of Unilever's brands. This year, UFLL presented five stream options for the business case, being marketing, customer development, supply chain, finance, and human resources with a case study coming from Tresemme.
The competition consists of three rounds. The first is a preliminary round which was participated by 1300+ individuals through a case solution video. Then comes the semifinal round participated by 30 individuals held offline through the UFLL Camp held on March 21-25, 2022, and the final round was participated by three teams. The final round will determine the winners of the three teams and individual winners who would represent Indonesia in the UFL Global Round in London, in July 2022.
Congratulations once again and good luck to Anette Geraldine! Best of luck in carrying Indonesia’s name onto the global realm. Continue making achievements and becoming an inspiration to other FEB UGM students.
