One more national achievement etched by UGM students. This time Gama Team consist of Traheka Erdyas Bimanatya (Economics 2010), Rahmatdi (Accounting 2010) and Poppy Laksita Rini (Management 2010) from FEB UGM, won the champion II in the 1st Bachelor Journey, which lasts October 3-4, 2012 at Universitas Indonesia. The competition was held for the first time is collaboration between Management Research Center (MRC) the Faculty of Economics Universitas Indonesia and Bank Indonesia.

Hobbies write not previously exist in the minds of Tri Widodo, M.Ec.Dec., Ph.D, the lecturer of Faculty of Economics and Business UGM. However, who would have thought of writing his hobbies include writing in international journals made it into the top 25 economists world from Indonesia whose name is entered in the IDEAS journal in July 2012. IDEAS is known as one of the world's largest international economics journal that contains more than 1.2 million items of research in economics.

Faculty of Economics and Business Universitas Gadjah Mada congratulates Andreas Kurniawan (Economics 2009) and the team from UI and ITB who has successfully passed the national selection on the P&G ASEAN Business Challenge 2012 was held on April 26, 2012 in Jakarta. Next they will represent Indonesia to follow P&G ASEAN Business Challange 2012 in Singapore on June 2012.
Hopefully this achievements can be advocates for students to perform better again.

Wastenergizer, the student team from MM FEB UGM, has successfully passed the national selection on Global Social Venture Competition 2012 and may continue to represent Indonesia in Southeast Asia regional selection to be held at Thammasat Business School, Bangkok, Thailand on March 16-18, 2012.

Three students of the Faculty of Economics and Business Universitas Gadjah Mada (FEB UGM), they are: Usman Arief, Mahadzir Lukman, and Dwi Ari Kurniawati. They has won as 1st winner at the National Scientific Writing Contest in March 2011 in Universitas Sebelas Maret (UNS) Surakarta on November 19-21, 2011.

Rafiazka Milanida Hilman (Fika) and Anisha Wirasti Cahyaningrum (Icha) seemed to unfurl her big smale. Both of them are students of FEB UGM majoring in Economics. They are runner up winner of the International Paper Competition organized by University Indonesia (UI). The competition was the "9th Economix" which took place on October 10th - 14th, 2011 with the topic "Achieving the ASEAN Economic Community: The Great Economic Vision of ASEAN."
