Prof. Wihana Kirana Jaya Inaugurated as Dean FEB Period 2012-2016

Coincide on Monday (08/10) at Senate Hall Universitas Gadjah Mada was held the inauguration of 18 Deans and 1 Vocational School Director by the Rector of UGM, Prof. Dr. Ir. Pratikno, M.Soc.Sc. for the period 2012-2016.
As the new Dean of the Faculty of Economics and Business, Prof. Wihana Jaya Kirana, M.Soc.Sc., Ph.D. was elected for the period 2012-2016. He won the vote in the elections that held in Kartanegara Room of FEB UGM on Friday, September 31, 2012.
After the inauguration ceremony at Senate Hall Universitas Gadjah Mada, FEB held welcoming ceremony for the new Dean and in the same time also held farewell ceremony for the last Dean in Kartanegara Room of FEB UGM. In his speech, Prof. Marwan Asri, MBA., Ph.D. expressed his gratitude to all those who had supported during his tenure as the Dean of FEB UGM, so that the faculty could be like today. He also congratulated to Prof. Wihana Kirana Jaya, M.Soc.Sc., Ph.D. as the new Dean.
Prof. Wihana in his speech will be committed to develop new course assignment with support by all parties. Furthermore, he is grateful for the input from colleagues in FEB UGM for future improvements.
The entire academic community of the Faculty of Economics and Business Universitas Gadjah Mada congratulate the successful inauguration and Prof. Wihana Jaya Kirana, M.Soc.Sc., Ph.D. as the Dean of FEB UGM.
