On Monday (10/22), an event with the topic of the introduction of AACSB Continuous Improvement Review and preparation of AACSB 2019 Re-accreditation was held at 8th floor of the Learning Center Building Faculty of Economics and Business Universitas Gadjah Mada (FEB UGM) at 12.00 WIB. The event, which was initially proposed by the Quality Assurance Office of FEB UGM, was attended by Dean and Vice Deans, lecturers and Study Program’s managers of FEB UGM.

The session was opened by the speech from Dean of FEB UGM, Eko Suwardi, Ph.D. and continued with his presentation of BAN-PT 2018 accreditation schedule and AACSB 2019 reaccreditation schedule. Additionally, the Dean also conveyed the changes in FEB UGM’s mission and vision, due to seeing the current condition and situation of FEB UGM.

The next presentation was delivered by the Vice Dean of Academic and Student Affairs, Prof. Mahfud Sholihin, Ph.D. which was about Assurance of Learning Process (AoL) system and achievement of Faculty Qualifications Summary in August 2017 - July 2018, and the achievement of each study program at FEB UGM. In addition, Prof. Mahfud Sholihin, Ph.D. also said that development of FEB UGM’s journal publications did not increase in quantity but increased in journal ranking range, meaning that the quality of FEB UGM’s journal had increased from year to year.

Then, the agenda was continued with a presentation about the achievements and plans of FEB UGM Strategic Milestone from 2014 to 2019 by the Vice Dean of Finance, Assets and Human Resources, Kusdhianto Setiawan, Ph.D. The event was closed by the presentation of Vice Dean for Research, Community Service, Cooperation, and Alumni, Amirullah Setya Hardi, Ph.D. regarding improvement of FEB UGM’s Quality Research.
