FEB UGM Releases 146 Graduates in Graduation Period I Undergraduate Program 2022/2023 Academic Year

An atmosphere of emotion and joy erupted again as graduates of the Faculty of Economics and Business, Universitas Gadjah Mada (FEB UGM) were declared graduates at the Graduation Program Period I Undergraduate and Diploma Academic Year 2022/2023, on Wednesday, November 23, 2022. The graduation ceremony was held at Grha Sabha Pramana. The Graduation Ceremony began with the accompaniment of gamelan chants, the playing of the Indonesia Raya anthem, and UGM Marshals. The ceremony continued with the opening by the Chancellor of UGM, Prof. dr. Ova Emilia, M.Med., Ed., Sp.OG(K)., Ph.D and the symbolic removal of the toga strap. Then, the ceremony continued with the reading and awarding of diplomas to the graduates of each faculty.
In this first period, FEB UGM succeeded in graduating 146 students from the three majors. The title of the best graduate from each FEB major was won by: Ratna Sari (Accounting 2018) with a Grade Point Average (GPA) of 3.94, Alexander (Management 2018) with a GPA of 3.94, and Sylvia Febiandita (Economics 2018) with a GPA of 3.79. While the title of the youngest FEB graduate was won by Aditya Virgiawan Firmanto (Accounting 2018) with an age of 21 years 2 months 20 days, and the title of graduate with the fastest study period was won by Wulandari (Accounting 2018) with a study period of 3 years 8 months 14 days. The Graduation Procession was continued with the Graduation Release of Period 1 FEB Graduates in the Hallway of the FEB UGM Learning Center Building. This ceremony had an agenda of reading graduation reports and reading of student achievements, remarks by representatives of graduates and representatives of graduates' trustees, followed remarks by Mr. Parjiman, as Head of OJK DIY, from KAFEGAMA Representatives and the Prof. Dr. Didi Achjari, M.Com., Ak., CA. as the Dean of FEB UGM. Then, the procession continued with awarding the graduates, ending with a prayer and a photo session.
