FEB UGM Releases 206 Postgraduate Graduates Period II of the 2022/2023 Academic Year

Universitas Gadjah Mada (UGM) again inaugurated 906 graduates of the second period of the Postgraduate Program for the 2022/2023 Academic Year. The event was held on Wednesday (25/01) offline at Grha Sabha Pramana (GSP) which was broadcast live via Gadjah Mada University’s YouTube channel. Graduates felt emotion and happiness because they had completed their studies and were declared graduates of Gadjah Mada University. The ceremony started at 09.00 a.m. with the accompaniment of gamelan chants, playing the Indonesia Raya anthem, and Mars UGM. The ceremony continued with the opening by the Rector of UGM, Prof. dr. Ova Emilia, M.Med., Ed., Sp.OG(K)., Ph.D. The Chancellor of UGM gave a mandate to graduates to remain committed to the development of science and technology and uphold the alma mater after completing their education.

The graduation ceremony was then held at the Faculties of each study program. The Faculty of Economics and Business (FEB) UGM celebrated the graduation of the Master of Accounting (Maksi) study program in the Auditorium Room Drs. Soekamto, M.Sc., Masters in Development Economics (MEP) at the University Club (UC) Hotel, Masters in Management (MM) at the Sukadji Ranuwihardjo Auditorium MM FEB UGM Yogyakarta, and Masters of Science and Doctor (MD) at the BRI Auditorium Room Lt. 3 MD FEB UGM Building. The agenda of the activity consisted of remarks from the Dean of FEB UGM, remarks and reports from the study program manager, remarks from the head of the department, foreword from the representatives of the graduates, symbolic submission of academic transcripts, and a group photo.

At this graduation ceremony, the best graduate of the Postgraduate Study Program who received the highest Grade Point Average (GPA) was Amelia Zulaikha Pratiwi from the Master of Accounting Study Program with a GPA of 3.97 taken in a study period of 1 year 7 months 19 days. Meanwhile, the fastest graduate was Ni Komang Ayu Diah Ambalika from the Master of Management Study Program with a study period of 1 year 1 month 28 days. Furthermore, the youngest graduate was Bunga Alfausta Amalia from the Master of Science in Management who graduated at the age of 23 years 5 months 29 days. Congratulations to the graduates and graduates on their graduation.

FEB UGM Postgraduate graduated 206 participants with the following details; Master of Science in Accounting (M.Sc.) with 4 people, Master of Accounting (M.Acc.) with 27 people, Master of Science in Economics (M.Sc.) with 3 people, Master of Science in Management (M.Sc.) with 9 people, Master of Economics of Development (M.Ec.Dev.) with 32 people, Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) in Yogyakarta with 64 people, Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) in Jakarta with 63 people, Doctor in Management (Dr.) with 1 person, and Doctor in Accounting (Dr.) with 3 people.
