FEB UGM Holds Big Family Gathering 1444 H

Silaturahim Keluarga Besar FEB UGM 1444 H

Accompanying the lively Eid Al-Fitr 1444 H, Wednesday (26/4), the Faculty of Economics and Business – Universitas Gadjah Mada (FEB UGM) held a Big Family Gathering as an effort to build friendship between the academic community and FEB UGM stakeholders. The Big Family Gathering FEB UGM is held in a mixed manner: offline in the hall of the Learning Center Building and online through Zoom Meetings platform. This event was attended by lecturers, academic staff from Yogyakarta campus and Jakarta campus, the FEB UGM alumni community (KAFEGAMA), strategic partner, as well as student representatives.

The Big Family Gathering FEB UGM began with a speech from the Dean of FEB UGM, Prof. Dr., Didi Achjari, M.Com., Ak., CA. representing FEB UGM, apologized physically and mentally to the FEB UGM academic community and stakeholders at Syawalan. The event continued with remarks by the General Secretary of PP KAFEGAMA, Dr Friderica Widyasari Dewi, S.E., M.B.A. through Zoom Meetings. In her remarks, Mrs Kiki stated that KAFEGAMA has and will continue to support FEB UGM stakeholders. Then continued with the main event, namely Tausiyah by Drs. Haryanto, M.Sc., Psychologist, often called Ustaz Sentot. In his speech, Ustaz Sentot stressed the importance of gratitude, which every academic community and FEB UGM must apply as an institution. Ustaz Sentot also advised all attendees always to maintain friendly ties, not limited to religion and country.

Ths event ended with a halal bihalal, namely shaking hands with each academic community and guests surrounding the Learing Center Building hall. Wish you a Happy Eid Al-Fitr 1444 H.
