“The use of big data enables significant leaps in the public sector by offering accuracy and speed, thereby accelerating public services,” he explained on Thursday (18/9/2025) at the MM FEB UGM Auditorium.
As the keynote speaker at the National Seminar and the Gadjah Mada Digital Transformation Governance Index (GM-DTGI) Awarding for District/City Regional Governments 2025, Nezar stated that the use of data from open sources increases transparency and accountability, thus strengthening public trust.

The Center for Information Systems Studies of the Faculty of Economics and Business, Universitas Gadjah Mada (PKSI FEB UGM), held a National Seminar with the theme Optimizing Big Data in Regional Government Governance to Support Digital Transformation Acceleration on Thursday (18/09/2025) at the MM FEB UGM Auditorium.
There was something different about the atmosphere on Sunday morning (September 14, 2025) at the Plaza of the Faculty of Economics and Business, Universitas Gadjah Mada (FEB UGM).
Another student from the Faculty of Economics and Business, Universitas Gadjah Mada (FEB UGM), has made another proud achievement. Ericha Mellyana (Management 2023), a FEB UGM student and member of the Tiers’ O team, successfully secured 2nd Place along with the Most Valuable Player (MVP Winner) title at the BCA Business Case Competition 2025, held on August 27–30, 2025, at Menara BCA, Jakarta.
PT Bank Central Asia Tbk organized the competition.
