The Faculty of Economics and Business (FEB) UGM bid farewell to five retiring professional staff members. The farewell ceremony was held on Friday, 22 May 2026, at the Kertanegara Room, FEB UGM.
During the event, FEB UGM honored five professional staff members entering retirement: Heru Supriyanto (RDSI), Tata Wahyu Faturachman, S.E. (MM Jakarta Campus), Suratman (MM Yogyakarta Campus), Widadi (MM Yogyakarta Campus), and Sutrisno (Faculty Administration Office).
The Vice Dean for Academic and Student Affairs of FEB UGM, Bayu Sutikno, S.E., M.S.M., Ph.D., expressed his gratitude for the dedication and contributions of the retiring professional staff members toward the development and advancement of the faculty.
“Thank you for your service and dedication. We wish all of you good health in retirement and hope that we can continue to maintain our friendship and connection,” he said.
The Vice Dean for Finance, Assets, and Human Resources of FEB UGM, Suyanato, S.E., M.B.A., Ph.D conveyed a similar sentiment. He expressed appreciation for the contributions of the retiring staff members who had supported the development of FEB UGM.
“Thank you for your dedication and service all these years, which have helped make FEB UGM what it is today,” he stated.
Meanwhile, Heru Supriyanto, representing the retiring professional staff members, expressed both pride and emotion as he completed his years of service at FEB UGM. He also hoped that FEB UGM would continue to grow and progress in the future.
“I am proud to have been part of FEB UGM. I hope FEB UGM continues to advance and grow,” he said.
