“We are grateful and proud to have won this competition, especially after competing against teams from Universitas Indonesia, Universitas Airlangga and Universitas Ciputra in the final round,” she said recently.
Ericha further explained that in the final round, all finalists analyzed a case study about a technology-based startup specializing in goat milk processing. This startup faced various business challenges, particularly creating a sustainable (downstream) and innovative ecosystem. Participants faced the challenge of developing strategic solutions to improve the startup’s business efficiency while also enhancing the well-being of everyone involved in its supply chain.
During the competition, Ericha and her team faced several challenges. One of the main difficulties was their initial lack of knowledge about the goat milk processing industry.
“Our knowledge of goat milk processing was limited, making it harder to conduct a realistic analysis in formulating strategies. However, our team was able to analyze the issue from different perspectives, which allowed us to overcome this challenge,” she concluded.
