Students of Faculty of Economics and Business Universitas Gadjah Mada (FEB UGM) once again achieved national award. Students from the 'Breakfast Club' team consisting of Dharmawan Santosa (Economic Science 2016), Afrizal Hakim Ahmad Faiz (Management 2015), Patria Annisa Dhawastu (Accounting-IUP 2015), and Veronika Xaveria (Business-IUP 2016) was announced as '2nd Prize Winner' of Deloitte Risk Intelligence Challenge (RIC) 2018 on April 26, 2018 at The Plaza Office Tower building, Central Jakarta.

Faculty of Economics and Business UGM sent a team consisting of Gabriel Pierre (Economics 2015), Laurncius Wachyu Ch. (Economics 2015), and Lutfiyah Sungkar (Economics 2015) and they won the 3rd place in Development Economics Event (DEE 2018) which was held by Universitas Katolik Parahyangan on 27th of April 2018.

Delegates from the Shariah Economics Forum UGM and FEB UGM, namely Adam Adhe Anugerah (Management 2016), Dion Saputera Arbi (Economics 2017), and Muhamad Bayu Prakoso (Economics 2017) has signed for Paper Sharia Economics Advancement Sunan Kalijaga (SEASUKA), organized by the Islamic Economics and Business Forum (ForSEBI) of the State Islamic University of Sunan Kalijaga on April 4th to April 6th 2018.

Good news from the UGM team, which consists of Dharmawan Santosa (Economics 2016), Veronika Xaveria (Business-IUP 2016), Jesita Wida Anjani (Economics-IUP 2016), and Ulayya Gempur Tirani (Accounting 2014). On April 7-9 2018, the Grande team was competing to represent Faculty of Economics and Business (FEB) UGM in HSBC Business Case Competition 2018. This is an event in the form of business case competition held as a series of national event. The competition took place in two places, at Sampoerna University Building and World Trade Center, Jakarta.

UGM Students team, consist of three student from Faculty of Economics and Business named Muhammad Bilal Dzulqo'dah Martisnen (Management 2015), Rahmad Fitrian Prabowo (Management 2015) and Titto Airlangga Naufal (Economic 2015), and one student from Faculty of Law named Qonita Suci Febriyanti (Law 2014) have won the 1st and 2nd place in Capital Market Competition (CAPTION) 2018 held at Pekalongan University on March 24th, 2018.

The theme is all about technology within the company, which is taken from real life situation of companies that struggle in the technological sector.
