To support the welfare of students, the Faculty of Economics and Business Universitas Gadjah Mada (FEB UGM) through the Career and Student Development Unit (CSDU) again runs the Mood Booster program during the Semester Final Examination (UAS) even semester of the academic year 2025/2026. FEB UGM realizes this program by providing complimentary breakfast for students during the final exams (UAS). Every day from Monday, June 2, 2025, to Friday, June 13, 2025, FEB UGM serves 150 portions of food with various menu options.
The Mood Booster period this time takes a sustainable theme from the Mood Booster program during the previous Midterm Examination (UTS) with the theme “Time Capsule.”
“During the UTS yesterday, students wrote their appreciation and hopes for this semester. This time, we display these messages on a board in front of the CIMB Lounge. Hopefully, students can visit and re-read the messages they have written as appreciation, hope, and encouragement,” said CSDU FEB UGM Psychologist Anisa Yuliandri, S.Psi., M.Psi., Psychologist.
The students enthusiastically welcomed this program. Iga Leliani Azalia (Management, 2024) expressed her happiness and admitted that the program greatly helped her prepare for and face the exams.
“The consumption presented is very varied. For example, Mood Booster provided drinks from MilkyMoo yesterday during the exam. Apart from getting nutritious food, we also get motivation and encouragement from stickers and writing motivation on the board. Hopefully, this program can continue,” he explained.
Ibnu Zidan Alfarij also felt the same thing (Accounting, 2024). He admitted that he was pleased with this program.
“Previously, I had to buy my breakfast before studying, but I can enjoy free breakfast with Mood Booster before the exam starts. Hopefully, this program can run not only in the exam period but also in the lecture weeks,” she hoped.
Through the Mood Booster program, FEB UGM shows its concrete support for students’ needs and comfort during the exam period. The faculty hopes this initiative will support students throughout the exams and help them achieve optimal results.
