In order to disseminate research by students and lecturers, the Faculty of Economics and Business, Gadjah Mada University (FEB UGM), held an FEB UGM Research Day, or FEB UGM Research Dissemination Day, on Friday (15/12). This activity collaborates with the Accounting Laboratory, Economics Laboratory, Management Laboratory, and the Economics and Business Training and Research (P2EB) program. FEB UGM Research Day was held in the Learning Center Auditorium on the 8th floor of FEB UGM. Before the day, FEB UGM invited undergraduate and postgraduate students to contribute by sending research results in the form of posters, abstracts, and papers. The holding of FEB UGM Research Day aligns with SDG 4, Quality Education, and SDG 9, Industry, Innovation, and Infrastructure.
This event consists of two main sessions, namely the Plenary Session (plenary session) and the Parallel Session. At the Plenary Session, four speakers presented research topics that were both interesting and informative, drawing on their respective fields. The speaker for the first plenary session was Boyke Rudy Purnomo, S.E., M.M., PhD., CFP, with the title of the plenary session: Is net zero carbon a “one size fits all”? Understanding an Organizational Idiosyncrasy in the Adoption of Net-Zero Healthcare Operations in a Rural Area of Indonesia. The second resource person is Qisha Quarina, S.E., M.Sc., Ph.D., with the title of the plenary session: Missing Social Protection in Indonesia: Expanding Workers’ Social Protection and Old-Age Social Security Schemes for Informal Workers. Then, the plenary session continued with the fourth speaker: Vogy Gautama Buanaputra, S.E., M.Sc., Ph.D., AFHEA, with the title: Re-budgeting Local Government Budgets to Handle the COVID-19 Pandemic: Indonesia’s Experience. Lastly, Elan Satriawan, M.Ec., Ph.D., concluded the plenary session with the title: School-Based Budget-Type Interventions to Improve Micronutrient Uptake Among Female Adolescents: Baseline Study.
After the Plenary Session, FEB UGM Research Day continued with a Plenary Session moderated by Dea Yustisia, S.E., M. Sc. FEB UGM Research Day was participatory, accompanied by the enthusiasm of students and lecturers in disseminating research.
